Program no. 25
Multidimensional performance events were held in the Performance Art Platform to mark 25 years of Shelter 209 Foundation activities, a way to acknowledge both past and present, and reveal the great abundance of projects and motivations that produced them. The chronological summary was presented with video screenings of Zaz Festival works, along with Ensemble performances, a brief documentary and a poster exhibition. Real-time collaborative performances by nine pairs of artists, designed especially for this event, served as a gesture marking cooperation between artists - the starting point of the Foundation in 1988. These were bolstered by greetings extended by Tamar Raban and Motti Mizrahi, performances in their own right.
