The 2008 International Zaz Festival for Performance Arts hosted artists from the Philippines, china, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Ireland, the US, Chile, and Israel. Art events and workshops were held in Tel Aviv on the Performance Art Platform and New Central Bus Station, in the Machane Yehuda Market, Nachlaot neighborhood, and also Barbur Gallery in Jerusalem, and finally in "Hanger Adama" in Mitzpe Ramon.
