The 2009 International Zaz Festival for Performance Arts hosted artists from France, the US, and Israel. Art events and workshops were held in Tel Aviv on the Performance Art Platform and New Central Bus Station, and in the Ma'abada Center for the Performing Arts in Jerusalem. The festival was held in collaboration with the Center for Contemporary Art's "BLUR – International Performance Art" Biennial.
